Taste and quality
The doughs use osmosis water and unrefined flours, with slow stone grinding. Furthermore, all brick pizzas can also be prepared with wholemeal Kamut® flour, hemp flour and flour with vegetable charcoal. Finally, every week, on Thursday, the appointment is fixed with the mixed fried fish with generous portions, also in the version for celiacs.
