THE PACKER was born in 2013 in Giaveno, from the idea of Alessandro, a young entrepreneur who has lived the restaurant experience for generations, and it is precisely his love for traditional Neapolitan cuisine that gave his restaurant its name.
The environment is young and informal, furnished with simplicity, but extreme attention to every detail.
It is the ideal place for dinners, events and anniversaries, or for those who simply want to spend a few hours in good company, enjoying excellent food.
The bread and pasta are rigorously handmade every day. Special attention goes to the fish, which is fresh and carefully selected, pays homage to many of the dishes on the menu, but the protagonist is the inevitable Neapolitan pizza, cooked in a traditional wood-burning oven.
To conclude, the excellent handmade desserts and the traditional Salerno pastry cannot be missing.

The success of these early years leads to new challenges and thus, in the Spring of 2016, Il Pacchero – Rivoli was born.
