Apartments located in the center of the historic village of Sutri where you can stay and experience the local people and folklore. The renovation was carried out maintaining and highlighting the construction characteristics of the place, but equipping the spaces with all the comforts for a pleasant and comfortable stay.

An apartment is structured into two bedrooms each with its own private internal bathroom. A double bedroom, with the possibility of opting for two single beds and a quadruple bedroom consisting of a double bed and a bunk bed which can comfortably accommodate 4 adults.

There is a kitchen equipped with appliances, crockery, table and chairs and everything you need to prepare your own meals independently, while those who prefer to try local cuisine are spoiled for choice among the various restaurants located near the structure .

You can treat yourself to moments of relaxation in the living room equipped with a comfortable sofa.

To let your little children sleep next to you, upon request, we have an equipped cot/crib.

For your four-legged friends, however, a nice soft pillow.

Another apartment is located on the ground floor, very characteristic, obtained from the renovation of an ancient cellar dug into the tuff, a typical local stone. Consisting of a bedroom with double bed and another bed located in a mezzanine inside the same room, bathroom, equipped kitchenette and living area with sofa.

Available to customers arriving by bicycle, we have a dedicated space near the structure equipped with racks and power sockets in case of need to recharge electric bikes.
