Il bed & breakfast Villa Filotea, a conduzione famigliare, è situato in una tranquilla zona residenziale di Desenzano, lungo una strada a fondo cieco, con poco traffico e possibilità di parcheggio comodo.

The garden and the large equipped porch will welcome your moments of relaxation and the entertainment of the children.

On the first floor, the rooms reserved for you, an 18 m2 double, a 25 m2 double and a 30 m2 triple, are welcoming and bright, all equipped with private bathroom with hairdryer and shower cubicle, LCD TV, air conditioning, safe, kettle and herbal teas. The larger rooms also have a kitchenette, complete with everything you need.

We provide you with bed and bath linens and the rooms are cleaned daily.

Between 8:00 and 9:30 in the morning you can enjoy a rich continental breakfast, ordering it the previous evening with a special form, in your room or, when the weather permits, on the porch.

A refrigerator and microwave in the corridor leading to the rooms are at your disposal.

Smoking is not permitted throughout the building, but a smoking area is provided under the porch.

Upon request when booking, we provide cots, high chairs and bottle warmers and we can serve gluten-free products.

Pets are not allowed.

Check-in is from 14.00 to 18.00; in case of check-in after 18:00, please notify.

Check-out is from 8:30 to 10:30.
