Il nostro B&B nel centro di Cuneo, in Piazza Galimberti 4, nasce da una storia di famiglia, una famiglia cuneese DOC con la passione per l’ospitalità: offrire un luogo di accoglienza moderno e confortevole per tutti i viaggiatori, quelli che visitano Cuneo e dintorni e quelli che sono solamente di passaggio, è il nostro intento.

Virgula B&B nasce proprio da questa volontà ed è un progetto a carattere e gestione famigliare: ogni dettaglio della struttura è stato curato da Nicoletta e Guglielmo (mamma e figlio) insieme ad una rete di professionisti locali; il risultato è un ambiente accogliente e ricercato, per “far sentire a casa” tutti gli ospiti.
The structure, which is located inside a historic building with a lift, has been recently renovated and elegantly furnished; it offers 2 double bedrooms and a triple room, all equipped with private bathroom and personal hygiene products.
La formula è quella del B&B con un servizio di pernottamento e prima colazione dolce e salata a buffet con piatti e bevande caldi serviti direttamente al tavolo ai propri ospiti. I prodotti offerti sono stati accuratamente selezionati tra i migliori produttori locali Km0, in particolare marmellate e succhi di frutti da agricoltura biologica.

Why Virgula and why “The Itinerant Reader”?

The name Virgula comes from a family acronym and we wanted to associate it with this enterprise of ours. Furthermore, Virgula in Latin (but also in Piedmontese) means Comma, the shortest pause sign which corresponds in reading to a very minute interval of the voice.
Da qui anche l’idea del Lettore Itinerante, un tipo di viaggiatore che si concede una pausa ristoratrice dove può confortarsi e rilassarsi anche con un buon libro: ogni camera del B&B offre infatti ai suoi ospiti una selezione di libri e opere letterarie.
